She is married and a mom to three children.

Crystal is more than ready to take on La Suprema and looks forward to getting to know all the members! We are fortunate to have her join the La Suprema team and look forward to all the incredible things she is bound to accomplish. While we know everyone will have time to get to know Crystal during her time at La Suprema, read below to learn a little bit more about Crystal.

How did you get started with what you’re doing now?

When picking my college major, I decided I wanted to work in the hospitality industry as an event manager. I find it enjoyable throwing a good party! Instead of working in the hotel industry, I ended up beginning my career in office administration and events for non-profit organizations. I loved that I was able to make a difference in managing an event for a heartfelt cause.

What is a typical day like for you?

When I arrive at La Suprema I am greeted by the beauty of the barrio and our inspirational members of the community. Being the hostess with the mostest, I make sure the lobby is tidy and the coffee bar is ready for our members to power through the day. My morning progresses with responding to email inquiries and scheduling tours of the facility. Throughout the day, I am continuously working on making processes more efficient for a better work space experience for our members. I give tours of the work spaces in hopes to grow our member community. I am excited to promote and expand our event and coworking space at La Suprema within the Tucson community.

What is your best productivity hack?

I love a good checklist. It helps me keep focused and also makes me feel accomplished and held accountable at the end of the day.

Favorite part of La Suprema?

I love the inclusive community of La Suprema. It is also very inspiring to be around a great group of professionals. The office is also very inviting and the perfect place for productivity.

Best Hidden Gem in Tucson?

Gates Pass provides the best view for sunsets in Tucson.

Coffee or Tea?

Coffee.

What inspires you?

My children inspire me. I always want to do better and be better for them in every way. They are always watching what I do and I can only hope that I have set the best example of what it means to be the kind of person who is kind and empathetic towards others but also instilling in them that taking risks is essential to grow as an individual.
